    Misinterpretations - McShep - PG13
    Title: Misinterpretations
    Author: glae
    Pairing: McShep
    Rating: PG13
    Word count: 11,010

A/N: Total AU - very loosely based on the movie. Seriously, loose is the word. It's about two people, one of them is famous, one of them has issues with his past. That's about as close as it gets to the movie I'm afraid. This fic took on a life of it's own... the tag line still fits though!

There was a lot that I wanted to fit into this fic, and couldn't because of time restraints - maybe I'll rewrite it one day, with all the little scenes I imagined, included!

    Happy Christmas! :D

Summary:Never let your guard down. Never fall in love.

    P3X-Let's not talk about that - Team!fic - PG13
Title: P3X-Let's not talk about that
    Author: glae
Pairing: Team Fic, but could be read as McShep as it is a prequel to Happily Cattily which is a sequel to Meaningful. Meaningful was written second, but you could read it first (as it is a prequel!)

    Rating: PG13
    Word count: 3425

Summary: The night it happens is cold and dark and terrifying. The wind is roaring and the four of them are running, yelling, and dragging each other through the undergrowth.

Warning: This isn't a cheerful fic (though it is a hopeful fic).

Author's notes: I would warn you if it was a death fic...

    A rant
On ... that delightful journal community, designed to inflame fandom (I can't think of any other reason for it's creation).

Honestly, I thought this fandom was better than that.

Yes, there's a lot of shit fic out there, but the sort of people creating a community like that are far worse than any bad fic authors.

I would be devastated if something I wrote ended up on there; utterly devastated. What right do those little twerps think they have to be ripping people's writing to pieces? They don't have any at all.

Critique (not criticism) should be something a writer can ask for, and submit their own work for.

Don't go all 'But she/he posted it in a public forum' on me. Yes, they did, but so did I, and I don't expect anyone to be bashing mine anymore than they probably did! This isn't The Guardian, and they weren't in a play, nor did they write a book. They do not deserve anyone laughing at them behind their backs however poor a piece of writing might be.

Would any of the people involved (the whole 14 members) like this to happen to their offerings? Somehow I doubt it.

Grow up. Stop using other people to make your own fun (how very playground of you). You are everything I hate about fandom.

    Lessons Learnt - McShepBeck! - NC17
    Title: Lessons Learnt
    Author: glae
    Pairing: McShep with Beckett
    Rating: NC17
    Word count: 4754

Summary: "Rodney said … it was all right," Beckett said, sounding strangled, and as if he knew he was going to get into trouble, any second now. He was flushed, obviously embarrassed, and beginning to look contrite.

Warning: There be spanking, and lots of sex, as well as a degree of Sub/Dom relations. This is total Porn, utter utter Porn, with definate capital P. ;)

Author's notes: Started for seiyaharris and finished for xanthe. Hope you both like it!

    Trust in Me - McShep - NC17
    Title: Trust in Me
    Author: glae
    Pairing: McShep
    Rating: NC17
    Word count: 5450

Summary: “Do you think they all knew?” he starts, because that’s what’s been bugging him the most. “Do you think they all guessed what was really going on?” He hears Rodney huff, but step closer anyway, and knows it’s been bugging the other man too.

    Beta: None! Ack!

Written for the Cuff 'em, Kink 'em, or just make 'em come already Kink and Cliche Multi-Fandom Challenge!

My challenge was: Eliade's: Trust and vows (promises are kept or broken; loyalty or betrayal; absolute trust or doubt; fidelity or infidelity; blindfolds or bondage as trust symbols; commitment or fear of commitment; acts of devotion; marriage vows; unconditional love; blood brothers and oaths; showing trust/faith in someone's abilities)
    Eliade's: Topping from the bottom
Kink: First time, with a shy/bold virgin

I think I fulfilled it okay. Not awfully kinky, but plenty of porn and cliches! :)

    Hearing is Believing - McShep - Angst - NC17
    Title: Hearing is Believing
    Author: Vanwaelda
Pairing: McShep, with a side portion of Porne
Rating: NC17 - nothing graphic (though there is suggestion), rating is mostly for language.

    Summary:
"He didn’t think he’d ever forget the sound of that gunshot as it echoed through the forest, startling birds from their roosts and causing John to crash to his knees in horror, his stomach clenching and threatening to double him over. He didn’t know how long he knelt like that; fingers digging into the loam, trying to catch his breath and imagining the way Rodney’s brains would be decorating the forest floor."

Word count: Monster at 17,653, but is COMPLETE.

Posted in TWO PARTS. Link to the second at the end of the first :)

This has been betaed to death. If you find any errors at all, they're mine! Thanks go to lillyjk, saffronra and jeanstarwind, for beta nitpicking. But special thanks go to seiyaharris for betaing as I wrote, and continuous encouragement. Without her this would never have been finished! Thank you girlies :)

I was working in the lab, late one night - McShep - PWP - NC17
Title: I was working in the lab, late one night.
    Author: Vany and Becca
    Pairing: McShep
    Rating: NC17
Summary: I was working in the lab, late one night, when my eyes beheld an eerie sight... or you know, a weird email. PWP with feeling. Honest.
    Beta: seiyaharris

Notes: This is my first 'public' outing of McShepness, and whilst I look forward to any feedback, this isn't my usual lj. Let's just say I don't want Mummy finding the porn... I hope you like it though! :)Oh yes, and despite the title, it isn't in first person :)

Edit: 'Becca cowrote this in the sense that we were having sex under the guise of it being John & Rodney this one time' - That's a quote, that is ... ;)
